    Stepathlon, a virtual journey around the globe for corporate teams, is a unique, pedometer based, mass participation event.Its 100 day annual event which promotes habitual change in a supportive and encouraging manner to combat the significant effects (and costs) of both absenteeism and presenteeism, which are having an increasingly negative impact on companies and their employees.Stepathlon promotes teamwork and is for the “everyday athlete” and welcomes all employees, regardless of age, gender or location. In 2014, to complement our offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Melbourne, we opened offices in Sydney, Australia and Singapore.In just our second year we had over 30,000 participants from over 200 companies and 33 countries in our 100-day race around a virtual world, and this number is expected to grow significantly for our 2014 event.
