Combined the symbol defining the corporate identity with a new performance dashboard to converge the corporate philosophy with the monthly senior management performance presentation. Redeveloped the governance arrangements for departmental risks, non-financial performance targets and internal controls. Built, the application prototype to robustly capture and monitor the daily rehabilitation activities for prisoners, this was adopted nationally and expanded to cover other aspects of prison life.
