    Serving as the Policy, Advocacy, and Campaigns Programs officer for the Regional SRHR Fund.- Providing technical assistance to CSO partners and other organisations on the development and implementation of effective advocacy strategies/initiatives or approaches on key SRHR policies and programme issues in Eastern and Souther Africa.-Designing and delivering high impact policy,advocacy and campaign plans and interventions with a focus on positioning youth at the heart of meaningful participation and decision-making in the Adolescent, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) discourse in Eastern and Southern Africa.- Providing technical assistance to Civil Society Organization partners and organizations on the development and implementation of effective advocacy strategies/initiatives or approaches on key SRHR policies and programmatic issues in Eastern and Southern Africa.-Building and Strengthening strategic relationships, partnerships, and networks with key SRHR stakeholders in Kenya, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Zambia and within Eastern and Southern Africa including key government ministries, SADC and EAC secretariates, and the African Union.-Strategic grant-making and partner support.

    • As the Partnerships coordinator I was in charge of overseeing BBC Media Action’s capacity-strengthening team, worked with program managers to ensure that programme activities are on time and on budget, reflect BBC editorial values and make a measurable difference to the professional capacity of the individuals, teams, and organizations we work with.• I maintained existing, and develop new, relationships with broadcast partners across Zambia in close coordination with the Projects and Production teams. Maintain a database of such existing and potential partnerships and the records of all associated formal paperwork.• I Maintain existing, and develop new, relationships with development partners, NGOs, CSOs, social enterprises and government bodies with an interest in the development of the media and/or media-for-development sector in Zambia. Where relevant, coordinate BBC Media Action’s work with these actors to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the sector.• Worked with other departments including key line Ministry to ensure that BBC Media Action is suitably represented in media, CSO, and other relevant spaces and forums, including for national commemorations and sector-wide events.• Develop and implement an overall partnerships strategy that takes into account the needs of the capacity strengthening, production, and project teams.• Manage the Radio Waves and Tikambe partner’s budgets in line with donor requirements and organisational policies.• Ensure safeguarding, child protection, and other relevant policies are fully integrated into the organisation’s partnerships and capacity building work.
