I am currently responsible for the supply chain of parts across the whole company.It is my responsbility to ensure all branches across the company have sufficent stock (currently 8). This includes sourcing parts from alternative suppliers when a primary supplier is out of stock. The resource will be based on quality, cost and the ETA of the original part. I will also evalute branch stock levels based on sales on a daily basis & alter where necessary. I look at company stock daily which I transfer stock, alter stock holidings or resource.I am also involved with bulk purchasing. Many of the parts are seasonal & depend on the current season. It is my responsibility to ensure bulk parts are distributed around the branches regularly.I am currently heavily involved in stock adjustments within the entire company. It is my responsibility to look into each individual adjustment to ascertain a reason.I have involvment with internal feedbacks relating to stock issues. I look into each feedback & decide further action to be taken.I also manage backorders. This includes weekly backorder reports from suppliers which I evalute and take necessary actions. I manage backorders within the company which were initially placed on stock orders. I have the responsibility of cancelling these backorders with suppliers after a certain length of time.I have involvement when new branches are opened, within the purcashing aspect. I place initial stock orders & have constant contact with suppliers to agree terms (brought to me by my Purchasing Manager) & to ensure these terms are adhered to, to a certain extent.I am responsible for monitoring inter branch transfers daily across entire company & taking the necessary action to prevent any possible lost sales from occurring. My line of work means I have regular contact with all levels of Management together with branch sales & admin staff. I am the port of call for branch stock issues. I also have regular contact with our suppliers.

I was employed with SC Motor Factors as a Purchasing Assistant.As a Purchasing Assistant, it was my job to raise and place stock orders for all branches at SC Motor Factors on a daily basis. Each supplier has a set order day with minimum carriage paid terms. Sales staff would also request special parts to be added to stock orders. It was my responsibilty to ensure these were ordered and the sale staff enployee notified once delivered.It was also my job to bring the stock on to the system at the Sidcup branch. I had to ensure stock was brought on as quickly as possible to ensure stock availability to customers. Sidcup branch received a high level of deliveries together with some parts which need distributing across the company. It was my job to distribute these accurately.In 2010 I was promoted to Supply Chain Supervisor.

I was 1 of 2 secretaries within a busy conveyancing department. My duties included daily update letters to clients, opening new files, typing dictates tapes, taking telephone calls from clients, solicitors and estate agents. I was then trained to carry out exchanges and completions with the supervision of the conveyancer. In 2007 I was moved to the Chatham Office where I was made head secretary. I worked in conveyancing, wills and probate.
