In Mexico we started Parts Manufacturing operations from an all new plant in 2012 that is located in the rapidly growing city of San Luis Potosi in Central Mexico.Bend All Automotive currently employs over 1,200 team members and manufactures around 130,000 components daily.My role as an HR Generalist within Bend All Automotive's HR team is mainly focussed on full cycle recruitment. This includes: reparing job postings, sorting through resumes, prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, leading interviews, reference checks, preparing offer letters, scheduling and conducting orientations, sending out new hire surveys, and consistent follow up new hires. Moreover, I was also responsible for company - wide training. This included: AODA, WHMIS, Forklift, First Aid, Biohazard, Crane, Lockout, GD&T, Group Leader training etc.Other duties included: Coordinating social events such as company BBQ’s, the Christmas party, and kids Christmas party and Administrative tasks such as creating employment letters, filing, and scanning.

My duties included: preparing job postings, sorting through resumes, prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, leading interviews, reference checks and employee testing, preparing offer letters, scheduling orientations, and consistent follow up with candidates and hiring managers. In addition to recruitment, I implemented AODA training for over 200 employees for both the London and Guelph location via lunch and learns. Other duties included: shadowed monthly Joint Health and Safety meetings, completing risk assessments, and shadowing monthly health and safety inspections. Administrative tasks such as: filing, scanning, and entering employee data on Ultipro.
