  We are a group of counselors helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families know their story and connect better to themselves and each other.Our counselors are trained in a unique approach to counseling called Psychodynamic or Psychoanalytic Therapy. Research shows that this approach works while clients are in counseling and for years after regular sessions end because it helps people heal at their core. Our counselors help clients understand their unique story and make connections to how it has affected them. When we understand the root cause of why we do the things we do and feel the way we feel, we get "unstuck" and find real freedom to naturally make changes that lead to a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.
