Hand-selected for an inaugural role for a leading elevator repair, maintenance, and new installation and modernization company serving four states, I orchestrate multiple time-sensitive projects each week while supporting a fast-paced team to enable seamless workflows and allow the repair supervisor to focus on mission-critical projects. I support the repair supervisor on project management, prioritizing key tasks on TeamWork for larger projects valued at $50K-$120K to enable smooth communications and timely project completion. Other key responsibilities: ★ Optimizing workflows by creating and updating the TeamUp calendar for a team of 20 mechanics and apprentices★ Stewarding resources by sourcing material from vendors, issuing purchase orders up to $100K ★ Collaborating across the organization with 7 senior managers and supervisors as well as accounting to resolve purchase order, invoice, down payment, and payroll issues ★ Coordinating repair & welding permits and repair testing with office teams as well as punch list completion with construction and modernization supervisors ★ Handling administrative duties including creating survey lists, replying to sales inquiries, and updating the sales team on the status of repairs, surveys, and estimates★ Juggling multiple priorities, coordinating executive office communications, arranging the repair schedule, interfacing with customers, tracking and following up on requests, and prioritizing urgent matters★ Remediating regulatory compliance issues, mitigating risk by working with the state test coordinator to complete testing violation work according to deadline and in adherence to regulation and policy
