    L&T Hydrocarbon is an Turnkey player in Oil & GAS business and is taking Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts for both Onshore as well as Offshore verticals. I was responsible for Supply Chain function of it's Onshore division. We worked with a number of clients both in India and Middle East region viz. IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, RCF, NFL, MRPL, GSFC, GNVFC, ONGC in India and Dolphin Energy, Qatar, PDO, Oman, Saudi ARAMCO, Saudi Arabia, KOC, Kuwait just to name a few. As Head of Supply Chain for this Onshore division, I was responsible for end to end Supply Chain function which included floating enquiry, getting offers, technical offer review by our Engineering, negotiations, finalization of vendor, order placement, expediting with vendors, delivery of equipment at respective sites, coordinating with vendors for erection & commissioning of the equipment and trouble shooting, if any.
