Direct the efforts of a 66-member team of security officers across 3 sites for one of G4S’ most high-profile clients.( LOCOG ) for safety, security and wellbeing of public.• Transformed the performance of the Stevenage Logistic centre, establishing a complete set of formal security procedures ( AIs), re-training the team, and elevating the operation from unmanaged chaos into a streamlined and cohesive unit.• Rapidly trained and developed a young, 20-member security team at Three Mills Studio that is now consistently recognised for solid professionalism.• As a result of exceptional achievement in developing these two sites into sound security programmes, recently assigned to the major Dagenham ( Ceremonies Rehearsals) site with complete accountability for 24/7 security operations in support of a large staff of crew, volunteers, and vehicles.
