    AREAS OF EXPERTISEReport to:- (Director)Recruitment & Selection:-• Overall co-ordination of manpower planning and recruitment using databases.• Team Handling. • Assisting organizations in meeting their manpower requirement, in this rapidly changing business environment, through selection, Headhunting, Searching through job boards, networking, professional sites, Advertising etc.• Responsible to execute the assignments by screening the existing database, developing a research strategy and conducting thorough research. This involves sourcing and talking to the relevant candidate base for each assignments till successful completion. Client management:-• Follow-up for payment with HR (client). • Responsible for understanding the Job requirement, the number of positions available with different clients and map these requirements with my team.• Generating payment requests against the clients through the invoices raised by the organisation for the professional service charges. Induction & Performance Management:-• Giving training and induction to the newcomers about the recruitment process, client interaction and other aspects of the job.• Invoice/ Billing/Account. MIS and Reporting:-• Maintaining MIS reports for the team and documentation, weekly Recruitment and Resource Management • Maintaining all assets records of the company & office administration work.• Looking all administrative expenses of office, File Maintenanace, Leave & attendance Managements & employee records. • Detail Check & taking care of all Mobile / Fax / landline / internet bills/Travel & expense Reimbursement etc• Maintaining and managing active MIS for resume database & records/reports.• Manage the various day-to -day office activities
