Job Responsibilities in “WBEIDC REALTY MANAGEMENT CELL 1) Focus those clients who are interested for rent of Commercial Spaces within the IT Park in West Bengal for their business purposes.2) Visit Different IT Park Project sites & meet the local people for awareness, Local entrepreneur & other IT & ITeS Companies to attract them for opening their new office or new branches in this IT Parks.3) Meeting with BDO,DM at the offices for their cooperation for IT Park Marketing.4) To build a trust full Relationship with existing customers, to use marketing techniques to attract customers, provide Suggestions; understand their needs and to seek out their issues.5) Assist clients with property sales and development, through fresh call and site visit, service call, service site visit meeting.6) Administrative support to the Managing Director(s) towards office, site and other related issues, on-line communication and control/organize.7) Distribution and supply chain Monitoring and co-ordinate.8) Co-ordination with all colleague, Monitoring the sale reports & implementations of those report to increase the business development.9) Generate Leads via advertisement of different projects for business development, Campaign (BTL Activity).
