It was a 3-year project with 4-5 fulltime Shell employees (2 geologists, reservoir engineer, geo-statistician and myself) and in addition members on a part-time basis cost-engineer and economist. We had 5-6 programmers from an external computer-company working for us.- At the same time I was responsible for support and maintenance for existing systems developed by Shell related to Scope and Reserves/ Volumetrics for all Shell offices around the world. This job involved planning, budgeting and communication to the Shell offices and coordination of the 3-4 external programmers executing the maintenance.
