Shell E&P Research and Technical Services (RTS)This project developed an information system for use in Shell globally for stochastic evaluation of prospects for exploration departments, and probabilistic calculations of already proven reserves. It was a 3-year project with 4-5 fulltime Shell employees (2 geologists, reservoir engineer, geo-statistician and myself) and in addition members on a part-time basis cost-engineer and economist. We had 5-6 programmers from an external computer-company working for us.- At the same time I was responsible for support and maintenance for existing systems developed by Shell related to Scope and Reserves/ Volumetrics for all Shell offices around the world. This job involved planning, budgeting and communication to the Shell offices and coordination of the 3-4 external programmers executing the maintenance.
