    Directed a large contract with the Maryland Department of Human Resources that included 3 provider agencies and 30 staff that provided treatment Care Coordination and Supported Employment services to 700+ TANF customers with substance abuse disorders. Communicated and coordinated very closely with provider agencies to ensure success of project.

    * Managed 2 Vocational Programs which served individuals with mental illness, while supervising 8 supported employment staff and coordinating all phases of programming for the supported employment program. • Administered a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Onsite and Offsite Program of 200+ clients and supervised 16 staff, including Service Coordinators and Rehabilitation Counselors. • Developed, implemented and closely monitored program budgets. Increased revenue from funding sources which were previously underutilized.
