    As a Sales Executive at Vacasa, I am primarily responsible for adding inventory to our short term rental program in the resort areas of Hilton Head Island. This includes recruiting prospective owners of investment properties, educating prospective owners and Realtors on our short term rental program, and completing the full on-boarding process for those who decide to partner with us. I work heavily with the marketing, property management, and revenue management teams to monitor the success of our properties and partnerships with our owners. I am also involved in Home Owner Relations and maintaining the relationships with our current owners so that each experience is a positive one.

    Starting out as an Assistant Store Manager through working my way up to the Market Manager over 7 stores and one distribution center. As a franchise liaison for the Power of One, I was the main point of contact for trans-city sales orders, customer service issues, and marketing materials. From conducting individual sales meeting to set monthly goals and set target strengths while improving weaknesses to implementing a 60 day sales management training program for all new hires provided a more structured on boarding experience. By creating an maintaining a referral program targeting rental management companies, I increased our clientele base while restructuring store layouts for merchandise to cater to our more unique clientele.
