Rehired to lead the development and stewardship of our core leadership experiences. Led the design and deployment of mid and senior level leadership experiences. Due to program success, CEO made attendance mandatory. Of the 2000+ leaders who participated, 90% found the sessions effective (overall ROI over 4.5 on a 5 point scale). Assessment results indicated our senior leaders’ effectiveness increased by 20 percentage points with our mid-level leaders’ effectiveness increasing by 6 percentage points. Received Brandon Hall Gold Award for the design of mid-level program in the category of “Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program” (submitted with Harvard Business Publishing). Established facilitator network for frontline and mid-level leader experiences to meet high demand. Trained new facilitators and ensured high quality outcomes. Nurtured partnerships with vendors to ensure seamless and impactful delivery (e.g. Harvard Business Publishing, Duke CE, DDI, MindGym, etc.) Oversaw, updated and facilitated women’s programs for emerging and high potential leaders with outstanding feedback. Global Women in Leadership program for high potential women received a score of 4.93 on overall effectiveness (5 point scale). Led team in roll-out of digital coaching for over 1000 senior leaders with overwhelmingly favorable results (Net Promoter Score = 50; Leaders improved their effectiveness by between 11-15% in the top 3 coaching topic areas) Oversaw content in People Leader Onboarding program, ensuring new leaders were equipped to take on new roles.
