The company is known for their commitment to sustainability• The Lakes at Centerra residential lifestyle community. 300 acres, 800 units of single family, low maintenance patio homes and townhomes in a highly amenitized setting within the larger 3000 acre mixed use master planned community of Centerra. P&L responsibility from conception through build-out: general business plan, master planning and entitlements, financing for metropolitan district, community design and product segmentation, builder program and community marketing. • Centerra- 3000 acre mixed use community. Directed the master planning, land use and amenity planning, sustainability plan, transportation planning, General Development Plan (GDP), and master development agreement. Centerra currently has over 3.7 million SF of existing commercial development and 1700 residential units.• North Park – 935 acre commercial mixed use community. Directed master planning, land use and amenity planning, sustainability plan, transportation and site specific planning. Negotiated Public/Private Partnership agreements including the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Planned Unit Development (PUD) and the master development agreement.

    Terrabrook was a national investor/developer of master planned communities. In 1998, they acquired the national development portfolio of Mobil Land, including Stonebridge Ranch, with over 9,000 residential units and more than 38 different neighborhoods in McKinney, TX. • Responsible for zoning, design, engineering, platting, and construction of back bone infrastructure, subdivision lots and amenities (annual capital budget of approximately $25 million in 2001, annual lot sales over 400) for the 5,000 acre master planned community. • Negotiated off site and on site development obligations for homebuilder program.• Owner’s rep for the construction of the third golf course in the community. (opened 2002)• Managed Architectural Design Review Boards for both residential and commercial development.• Serve as President of the Residential Homeowner Association (in 2003 there were over 5500 members), the Commercial Property Owners Association, and three Residential Sub Associations.
