A former startup, Cherry Recommends was an AI product and promotion recommender platform, built to naturally recommends the best products and promotions to boost paying subscribers, increase average order size and improve subscriber retention. During my time at Cherry Recommends, I helped the founders implement a company rebrand, build the phase 1 company website, setup SEO and key messaging, develop the company's first case study, performed competitor and market intelligence research, setup conversational and behavioral triggers for PLG plans, and I also set up experimental Google advertising marketing campaigns. Being a niche solution with a unique target market, it could not achieve product-lead growth adoption desired.

As Assistant Brand Manager of Privium Group, it was my job to manage branding and marketing initiatives for various brands for the company - however, my Primary focus was Privium Homes, Privium Group and Impact Homes. Main responsibilities of the role included supporting the Marketing and Communications manager for Privium and the National Sales Manager for Privium homes. Duties of the role included Award submissions, supporting the company's display homes (which included events, marketing material, sales support and providing resources to land agents), developing facebook advertising campaigns to bring in leads (especially during COVID), website updates, supporting other areas of the business, preparing EDMs, mapping out marketing automation through pipedrive and active campaign, exploring marketing opportunities, coordinating construction signage which met regulatory requirements, responding to reviews, managing all the company's google listings, comments and feedback on social media, and writing and coordinating social media posts to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Listing and distributing via Hootsuite. Copywriting was a large part of my role, and I helped coordinate various internal and external communications for the company. Being a large company with many departments, it was important for me to build relationships and an understanding of various roles to help support them through marketing initiatives.During my time with Privium, I completed 16 Award Submissions, supported 9 display homes, helped bring in over 1000 leads for Privium Homes during COVID, developed a consistent and regular social media schedule for Privium Homes, and developed procedures to appropriately address reviews and comments on social media and other platforms.

During my time with Lorna Jane (LJ), I was involved in various roles and projects.Throughout 2015 I was the active-marketing district manager for LA Coast area. In this role, I oversaw the active marketing efforts of LJ's stores in Malibu, Beverly Hills, Century City, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach and Santa Barbara and Las Vegas. This role included overseeing, and helping line-up, all the trunk shows and in-store events in the district, managing all store's on their marketing efforts to promote the brand within their local community, holding the store's accountable in building the Lorna Jane USA email database and providing mentorship and guidance on strategies to build foot traffic. The role also included working-at, and coordination-of, Lorna Jane's presence at various expos and marathon's including; the Fit Expo in Silicon Valley, IDEA expo in Anaheim and LA, Mountain 2 Beach in Ventura, the Women's Expo in Anaheim, the Disneyland Half Marathon in Disneyland OC, and the San Luis Obispo Marathon in SLO. In 2014, I also helped actively market 3 new LJ stores into the community prior to opening. Two in Las Vegas and one in Palm Desert/Palm Springs. This involved establishing all the community relationships prior to the store opening, lining up and hosting trunk shows prior to the store's opening, and training the store teams on LJ's active marketing expectations, strategies and methods. In 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 I also helped manage and actively market two stores, one in Manhattan Beach LA and Huntington Beach OC. My active marketing efforts included visiting local studios, establishing cross promotions/partnerships and booking trunk show events. These stores were unique in that they contained in-store workout studios and it was my job to organize instructors, create instructor procedures and contracts, and run the studio and all community events within the studio.
