Accountability is enforced at a protocol level through a novel mechanism that constructs undeniable proofs of fraud - Polygraph; and at the functional level through an innovative identity layer that ensures all network participants are known. Through standards-based smart contract templates, real-world financial relationships are deployed as Ricardian contracts on The Redbelly Network, thereby benefiting from reduced information asymmetry, huge gains in efficiency, low and known transaction costs, as well as the accountability afforded by legal and regulatory enforcement that is required for any real-world financial relationship.

Kim provided a strong focus on customer business needs to assist in driving BigAir's network solution capabilities, their uptake in the marketplace, and ensuring ongoing profitability and market share.

    After the integration of Lanier and Ricoh, Kim retained existing responsibilities with Hosted and Managed Network service management.In addition to this, Kim's team was expanded to include the ownership of network and server monitoring systems. Kim was given accountability for the Hosting and Managed Network parts of the IT Services business.Kim also completed a CCNP Service Provider certification, and completed several Data Centre upgrade projects successfully for the hosting and network platforms.

    Kim Bartlett was the first full time employee at Inspire IT. Kim quickly became a key part of the business, taking on a Team Leader role after a few years.Kim's greatest achievement was in his role in building Inspire IT's hosting platform - MyDI. Kim's responsibilities in MyDI included the aggregated service provider network design and administration, and the design of the geo redundant Hosted Exchange environment.Kim completed a Diploma of Management through AIM, and successfully ran the network team, achieving double digit year on year growth running at continual profit.In 2011, after 7 years of tenure, Kim was given the opportunity to become a partner in the Inspire IT business. In 2013, the Inspire IT partners accepted an acquisition offer from Lanier Australia, where Kim's employment continued.
