My role encapsulates collaboration, innovation, and dedication to making cybersecurity accessible and manageable for non-profit organizations worldwide.Key Achievements:- Cybersecurity Assessment Tool Development: Designed and implemented a comprehensive cybersecurity assessment tool using React. This tool enables NGOs to precisely evaluate their cybersecurity needs, ensuring they receive tailored assistance and guidance.- Codebase Enhancement for Website: Enhanced the maintainability and accessibility of our website built in Astro. Class sizes ranged from aged 7-14 years.I was given guidelines and criteria that the students were expected to meet for the Trinity exams. I then created my own authentic lesson plans based around these materials in order to coach and prepare the students for the Trinity exam. All of my students passed the Trinity exam with either a Merit or a Distinction.Thames Valley Summer School is one of the two most highly regarded and established summer schools in the UK and I was honored to be offered a position at this school.

Duties included: Teaching English to children and teenagers. The School was situated in an impoverished part of Cambodia, very few resources were available, and students did not have any educational literature. Therefore, I had to be very flexible and imaginative with my teaching methods in order to maximise students’ learning and engagement.I also helped to maintain the School’s Workaway account, recruited new volunteers, gave inductions and acted as a mentor to new volunteers.I created a detailed but easy to follow ‘Volunteer Handbook’ which included; a syllabus and curriculum. The handbook also gave detailed tips, guidance and instructions for lesson planning, using the student books, using ESL games in class (as well as providing a list of games with instructions on how to use them), maintaining the School’s online presence, recruiting volunteers, house rules, and fundraising ideas.

I was required to teach forty, 45-minute classes a week, in addition to performing various other administrative duties such as writing monthly reports, correcting written work and creating monthly syllabi. I have learnt how to work effectively and efficiently in high stress environments. The average class size was between 5-13 students. I also taught a number of one-to-one classes.YBM teaching methods required me to prepare the students for a bi-monthly exam. I used and adapted the provided course books and flashcards to ensure that students understood new vocabulary and sentence structures in a fun and exciting learning environment.
