    • Assisting in the preparation of the HSE-MS of the company according to the company’s policy and philosophy towards HSE.• Formulation of the company’s HSE plans, regulations and work procedures.• Undertaking of the PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) of the plant’s process activities and setting the different control measures for the potential hazards associated with each single activity.• Assisting in the preparation of the PTW procedures (permit to work system) & the ERP (Emergency Response Plan) and conducting training for the company’s staff to facilitate the implementation of the procedures.• Manage the different levels of Emergency response drills by planning, preparing, monitoring execution and performance and recommending actions. • Analyze all Emergency drill reports to follow up and track recommended action and measure the emergency response performance.• Develop the ERT (Emergency response team) competency profiles and training needs assessments on emergency scenarios and ensure their readiness.• Monitor inspections, testing of fire systems, and routine maintenance on safety equipment to ensure that the availability and readiness of all emergency equipments.• Responsible for OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications of HSE management system and certified as a Lead Auditor for both.• Participate in audits, produce reports and support the successful implementation of preventative safety measures.• Ensures the effective implementation of a Risk Assessment process and job safety analysis,Monitors effectiveness of the processes.• Investigation and reporting of Accidents and Incidents, in line with both the Company's and Legislative's requirements.• Monitoring & measurement of activities related to significant environmental aspects.• Manage SEGAS EMS (Environmental Management System) and report any violation in order to ensure that SEGAS EMS is complying with the Egyptian environmental laws and world regulations.
