Lead the start up of Capgemini’s testing services practice within North America. Drove sales and delivery of testing services across all vertical markets including Health Care/Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, Insurance, Transportation, Advertising, Media and Entertainment, State and Local Government Agencies, Federal Government Agencies, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Cable MSO’s, Telecom Providers, Satellite TV Providers, Automotive, Professional Services, Cosmetics, and High Tech sectors.• Responsible for over $220 M in sales in just over three years in this role with $100 M in annual revenues delivered for Testing in 2012. • Built this practice virtually from scratch in the three years since taking on this role. • Drove the development of multiple solutions and accelerators in the QA and Testing space leveraging leading edge technologies including automation, cloud and mobility. • Contributing author of thought leadership publications including the 2012-2013 World Quality Report – an annual report on the state of Quality and Testing around the globe.

Lead all aspects of sales and delivery for Capgemini at the following accounts: Vonage, Nextel, Verizon Wireless, General Communications (GCI), Brighthouse Networks, and Comcast. Consistently exceeded sales targets in leading and managing these accounts. Drove over $49M in sales and $45M+ in additional annual revenues from 2007 to 2010. Vonage Account: Built the Vonage account from nothing to over $36M in sales and $36M in revenues in this timeframe.Managed sales strategy, sales pipeline, sales pursuits, contract negotiations, and all project delivery for consulting, technology and outsourced projects.Sold and oversaw the successful delivery of a three year custom CRM implementation including analysis, design, development, testing, and application maintenance and support.Built a team of 100+ on-shore and off-shore resources to deliver this program. This was the client’s first experience with leveraging off-shore resources on a program of this scale. Nextel Account: Built a book of business at Nextel from virtually nothing to close on over $120M in bookings in just over 6 years. Drove business development, sales and account management for all activities at this strategic account. Sold and delivered several large projects including a customer care and billing implementation, two PeopleSoft implementations, a call center outsourcing effort for wireless number portability, and a post merger integration effort for the Finance organization. Drove the engagement for Capgemini for the business systems overhaul program that involved the replacement of the customer care & billing systems at Nextel. Established the program management office including the tools and structure for managing this multi-vendor program. Drove the expansion of our BSO team to include security, training, and testing of the Amdocs Ensemble implementation.
