    As I approached the second half of my business life, I wanted to spend it working on activities which I have loved and gained most satisfaction during my consulting career and so, after 40 years I left Chandler Macleod, with a plan to explore new ventures in the HR space. With the help of my select team of colleagues I am now back at the coal face by offering consulting support and business advice to the recruitment industry as well as providing recruitment, contracting and HR consulting services to industry in general. This has left me free to focus on the difficult and complex issues in the HR space. I have retired as a Director of Outcomes Australia (www.outcomesaustralia.com.au )after 6 years on the Board.Many will know of the success of our first project, Sharelife, which focused on achieving international best practice in organ donation. I am advising a number of recruitment companies with a focus on managing staff and growth.

    Golf Australia established a Nominations Committee, which is in line with the Australian Sports Commission's mandatory governance principles for National Sporting Organisations. The Nominations Committee is designed to undertake a range of important roles within the governance of Australian golf including: developing a skills matrix and best fit for Golf Australia directors; providing guidance to Member Associations about potential candidates going up for election; helping to identify potential appointed directors; and providing guidance to the Golf Australia Chairman and Board regarding potential directors.

In 1995 with partners was Founding MD of what is now CMG,one of Australia's most significant listed public companies in the human resourcing space with turnover near $1.5b.Extensive change management experience with 40+ significant change projects
