• Assist students in completing required paperwork and submitting appropriate documentation to apply for state, federal and local programs such as Veterans education benefits, various sponsorship/scholarship opportunities, and Federal Financial Aid• Work closely with Admissions, Instruction, Financial Aid and Student Accounting departments to ensure accuracy of billing, refunds, and degree planning.• Perform all state and federal reporting, request and renew all applications for continued approval of academic programs, submit billing to all agencies for payment, and reconcile payments to billing. • VA Certifying Official – certify enrollment for all Veterans and their eligible dependents for 4 campus locations to receive Veterans’ Education Benefits under Chapters 30, 1606, 35, 32 (VEAP), 31, 33 and 1607 (REAP) and the Hazlewood Act utilizing VA Once - the US Department of Veterans Affairs online application.

• Volunteered to assume duties as a “Power User” during the implementation of ImageNow, a document imaging software/hardware package, in addition to my full-time Coordinator - Student Sponsorship responsibilities.• Was elevated to “Manager User” in 2004. Chosen for this role based on my level of knowledge, desire to learn more about the system, and problem solving skills. Elevated to "Administrator" in 2007.• Coordinated a major version upgrade for all 4 campus locations that involved planning, communication, installation, user access management, training and troubleshooting for over 70 end-users. These responsibilities were in addition to Coordinator – Student Sponsorships responsibilities.
