I established the business in 2002 with the specific mission of delivering innovative facilities solutions for non-profit organizations to enable them to realize their development objectives. By successfully bridging the gap between the needs of non-profit organizations and profit-driven contractors / developers, I enabled vision to be transformed into reality. Ver rapidly, I acquired an outstanding reputation for integrity, service, value and client satisfaction and for giving back to the community. Some of the key projects that I managed in a consulting capacity include:- University Center of Chicago – 1,720 bed student residence at State and Congress in Chicago serving the needs of DePaul University, Roosevelt University Columbia College and Robert Morse University - Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies – enhanced gallery space, classroom, library space, 400-seat theater, event space, children’s center, café, gift shop and state-of-the-art storage capabilities for the collections of the Spertus Museum, Asher Library and Chicago Jewish Archives in a 155,000 sq. ft. building on Michigan Ave, Chicago - Catholic Theology Center – a 95,245 sq. ft. building containing expended classroom space, a large library with state-of-the-art computer lab, expanded quiet space, new dining room & kitchen, covered parking garage and staff/faculty offices - Techny Towers – originally a seminary for the Society of the Divine Word, now serving as an ecumenical center for religious, social, educational, service and other non-profit organizations. The extensively restored center comprises three chapels and several other buildings which house meeting rooms, guest rooms with private baths, a dining hall and book store.
