When Stance launched its first season back in 2010 under the 5 founders, I came on as the # 2 employee to help it grow from nothing. In the beginning, I did a little bit of everything, wearing all sorts of different hats. I dove in head first and launched all social media channels and grew our instagram from 0 to 300,000+ with no ad budget and managed all public relations efforts, along with other random & various job functions (Punks & Poets management, trade shows, video shoots, photo shoots, advertising, events, in store displays/fixtures, etc). From there I grew into a more defined role as a Marketing Operations Manager, aka department mom. I managed, planned & reported all daily, weekly, monthly & annual brand stories, campaigns & GTM dates across 19 different brand categories. I also implemented & managed our project management platform on a daily basis with the marketing, creative & e-commerce teams.I began to have a big interest in the kids market, which translated into me running point on the kids line and pushing Stance to launch a toddler & baby sock line, which came into market on a seasonal basis in Fall 2016.We began with mens, kids & snow socks, and soon after began successfully adding on additional categories. In 2015 alone, we successfully launched Mens & Womens running, Mens & Womens Motocross, Anthem (urban), Rihanna Collection, MLB collection, Mens & Kids Star Wars Collection, Harley Davidson Collection, Mens & kids underwear, Mens & Womens Athletic, Canvas (custom socks), opened 2 brick & mortar stores ... oh, and became the official sock of the NBA.The company grew from 7 full time employees in the first year to approx 200 now.
