Managed small projects for Houston Plant including AFE approval, design, procurement, construction and start-up. Implement and administer periodic, preventive maintenance work for all plant equipment as the Maintenance Department’s Oracle eAM Super-user. This effort includes inspection of all fixed equipment in compliance with API 510, 570 and 653. Produced Maintenance Department budget ($15MM) and provided quarterly forecasting. Member of TPC PSM Steering Team, implementing procedures for compliance with OSHA 1910.119 with particular emphasis on Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change and Contractor Safety elements. Developed Microsoft Access database to track mechanical repairs and produce statistics on quantity and nature of repairs. This program also schedules and tracks inspections, PM’s, and OST’s, on all rotating, instrumentation, electrical, and fixed equipment at Houston and Baytown Plants.
