Specially recruited by then Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Commander, USAF General Gould, I was responsible for a team of 5 technicians traveling the World to measure, monitor,and fine tune the Department of Defense High Frequency radio networks supporting the President of the United States - - called Mystic Star and then Dynamic Grasp. In 2019 jargon it is called High Frequency Global Communications System (HFGCS).
