    Epidemic Control (EpiC 3-90) is a 5 yr PEPFAR funded program supporting the Ministry of Health to achieve the UNAIDS 90-90-90 Goals of ensuring 90% of people living with HIV know their status, putting 90% of the HIV positive on treatment and ensuring 90% of all those on treatment are viral suppressed (virus not detectable). The CRS led program is working in 67 health facilities in 7 provinces to strengthen the systems to be able to provide high quality sustainable ART services. My roles include the following; -Manage the technical, programmatic and M & E services to our partners and health facilities-Generate monthly, quarterly, semi annual progress reports-Manage partnerships with consortium members-Provide management, guidance, and technical oversight throughout the project cycle-design,start-up,implementation and close out -Planning of annual targets and ensuring efficient use of resources for optimal outcomes-Monitor and ensure timely and efficient execution of annual work plan-Provide support to the COP, DCOPs, and SI Director on activity implementation-Facilitate the dissemination of high impact practices and lessons for learning purposes-Manage communication with health facilities, District and Provincial Medical Offices
