I worked with plant personnel to develop operations manuals for Sinclair Oil Corporation's Casper (WY) and Sinclair (WY) refineries. EAs and EIS were for USDA Forest Service, USDA Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP), and documents used by the Bureau of Land Management for oil exploration in Alaska.Training Developer. I helped develop environmental training courses for the Texas Department of Transportation (9 courses total) and training materials used at Customs and Border Protection.
