    I came on with Union Planters Bank as mortgage loan processor in late 88. Then was transferred to servicing department and processed loan assumptions. I also did review of credit packages as we purchased servicing from various lenders. I found this very educating as it gave me experience on the back side of the loan. I left Union Planters and went to Sunburst Bank in Desoto County I helped the Desoto county market unfold as new construction was everywhere. With in 3 years Union Planters acquired Sunburst Bank and gave me an opportunity of a lifetime. I did a lot of CRA work for the bank in the Memphis Market and honestly got the best street education that money could buy.
