Installed latest Ignite software on 20 servers. • Upgraded Veritas Netbackup 3.4 patches on 25 servers and 2000+ clients. Rolled out binaries to all servers. Wrote UNIX shell scripts to automate the process. • Determined source of a major production problem that did not appear in the test or pilot phase and determined alternative options. Supported the systems upgrade.
