Over the past 13 years, the LCEDC has generated more than $1.5 billion in new investment and created more than 15,000 new jobs. LCEDC projects have generated employment in all areas of Lancaster County and unemployment is down from a high of 18.6% in June of 2009 to 6.3% as of April, 2015. Per capita income is up more than 40% since 2008 and the corporation has recruited dozens of new companies to the County and assisted with dozens of expansion projects in industrial and corporate office. I am now consulting for new and existing business and industry looking to expand or locate in the NC-SC area and I also have owned MyWebSiteGuys.com the past 16 years - one of the top economic development and small business website design and marketing companies in the Southeast.
