Serve as Lead, Cyber Incident Damage Assessments (CIDA) for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology) (OASA(ALT)). Develop and implement Cyber Incident Damage Assessment and Defense Industrial Base (DIB) policies and procedures, in support of the DIB Cyber Security (DIB CS) Program and the Protecting Critical Technologies Task Force (PCTTF), to assess and manage risk to Army programs from cyber attacks against the DIB and Army networks. Serve as Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) in charge of leading four contractors carrying out the CIDA mission at the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3).
