    I promoted City, State, and Federal financial initiatives and economic development programs related to commercial real estate to business owners and mid-to-upper tier executives of major corporations interested in relocating or expanding their companies in the City of Houston. I coordinated a myriad of economic development incentives with businesses worldwide. As a consequence, I routinely met with international dignitaries seeking to establish private enterprises in the City of Houston.Under my leadership, our Division was responsible for more than $1.6 billion in new capital investment and 12,000+ new jobs created in the City of Houston. We also helped qualified companies grow their businesses through expansion in Houston. I partnered with the State of Texas' Office of Economic Development, Harris County Office of Economic Development, the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP), and the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP) to ensure companies utilized appropriate incentives to expand their businesses in the Houston Metroplex.
