At Sempra Energy I worked as part of the PMO to roll out Clarity for the IT division and then provided subject matterexpert troubleshooting. At Toyota, I designed and led a one-year Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) initiative using Clarity that led to a reduction in project management costs and reduced project lengths.
