    On 23 September 2019, the Thomas Cook Group entered into Compulsory Liquidation. I was retained to support with the wind down of the Group, departing on 31 October 2019. Prior to this, my responsibilities as Head of Legal - Commercial & Operations included: leading, drafting and negotiating Group wide commercial agreements; leading and managing multi-jurisdictional commercial initiatives; identifying and consulting on legal risks including escalating these to the General Counsel, Executive Committee and Audit Committee as appropriate; assisting the General Counsel with corporate matters including TC’s planned £1.1 billion recapitalisation and restructure; and leading and delivering significant legal process improvements to ensure efficiency.
