    The National Tenancy Manager is responsible in ensuring that Enliven delivers on our promise of the being the For Profit provider with the social housing heart. My role is to ensure that we keep our focus on working with our tenants to ensure they are receiving a quality tenancy and property management service.My team is responsible for our customer’s journey from the moment they receive their letter offering them a lease on their chosen apartment. The team manages the initial lease signing, assisting our tenants to plan and coordinate their move to their new home, managing maintenance issues, customer service visits, lease renewals, rent reviews and all base interactions with our customers. I'm responsible for ensuring that we deliver on the promise of providing our “friendly landlord” tenancy management service.
