    As part of the RBS team, I held responsibility for all new staff members, creating their learning packs from scratch and ensuring that they adhered to the company, and FCA, guidelines. Through 2016, I trained over 100 new staff members and lead several teams of mentors, resulting in a 12% increase in staff retention.I was the first staff member in our department to successfully complete the Chartered Banker 'Professional Banker' certification, and due to my effort and determination in the role, I was one of four staff members presented with the ‘Living Our Values' award three times in 2016, from over 100 nominees.
