Education manager in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The Education Office team looks after undergraduate, master's, PhD, and exchange students from recruitment and admissions to alumni relations after graduation. My role covers all elements of the UG student lifecycle from recruitment to graduation; with a focus on strategy. My main areas of focus are quality assurance, outreach and undergraduate admissions. I oversee the Department's contribution to Year 12 summer schools. My quality assurance work involves handling the module modification process within the Department, and overseeing our accreditation with the IET.

Provision of specialist advice to the Admission Tutors and ensuring the recruitment of students of the highest calibre in a professional, proactive and efficient manner to our Undergraduate (170), MSc (120), MRes (10) and PhD (40) programmes. Responsible for creating and overseeing the introduction of a new Department admissions system in addition to the strategic development of student recruitment and outreach activities, and the promotion of the courses’ visions of excellence with internal and external stakeholders.
