    As a Research Associate at the Institute for Energy and the Environment at Vermont Law School I worked on a range of state, national, and international energy issues. I assisted in preparing a report detailing state policies related to customer privacy and the smart grid and co-authored a report about federal incentives available to assist farmers to reduce energy consumption. I also worked on the Energy Justice team. Our team developed number of case studies on energy projects in developing countries and authored a report on electricity generation and its potential impacts on water scarcity.

For example, I researched how Ohio law and the PJM Reliability Pricing Model (RPM) rules apply to capacity markets, researched the use of the "bill-and-keep" as an intercarrier compensation method, and created an index of issues from Ohio Supreme Court opinions involving public utilities.
