Through NAO's Executive Transition Services program that I helped found in 2001 (which ended in 2018), and while working as an independent consultant affiliated with NAO, I had the pleasure of serving as an interim executive director, conducting executive searches, and assisting with significant transitions for a wide variety of nonprofit organizations. Many of the savvy independent consultants that comprised this group continue to serve as some of my best sources of professional support and networking. Plus, they add humor and joy to my life.

Serves more than 11,000 people each year, including victims of domestic violence, homelessness, sexual assault, child abuse and neglect, and discrimination, as well as youth in foster care and incarcerated women.
