I also provide a broad range of strategic and legal advice to WAVE’s Board of Directors and senior executives relating to mergers and acquisitions, ESG, sustainability, human capital, intellectual property, privacy, compliance, ethics, litigation, corporate governance and commercial transactions; oversee outside counsel and manage the legal spend; and serve as Corporate Secretary, providing the Board with thoughtful consideration of growth and risk outlooks as well as corporate compliance advice and solutions.
