All In Sound is a registered charity (CIO) initiated by Kathryn, realising her dream to start a music-focused charity. #health #arts #wellbeingSing! Together, which started in April 2018, is deemed a huge success providing weekly singing and music-making sessions for people living with dementia, memory loss and their carers. New groups are starting in Soham and Cambridge in 2024, with the Cambridge group working with a local school to provide an intergenerational element to the programme.Due the success of our online sessions in the pandemic we were commissioned by Dementia Pathfinders to run online sessions for people in Sandwell, with a training element for Dementia Navigators in the local area, and another group for the membership of Christians On Ageing. All sessions were led by Kathryn.Prior to March 2020 we ran “Music and Memories” in local care homes for residents, their carers and families with young children. These music sessions were interactive and creative with a focus on intergenerational collaboration and all the benefits that brings. All sessions were led by Kathryn.

Sing! Choirs is an initiative of Kathryn and provides opportunity for people to sing in a choir regardless of their experience. Kathryn directs the choirs which range in size from 40 to 100 members. Kathryn aspires to provide exciting and interesting opportunities for choir members which range from a day spent recording at Abbey Road Studios (see You Tube link) to singing in a Red Cross Retirement Home when on tour in France. Sing! Choirs Workplace Programme provides opportunity for team-building at work, and can be completely tailored to the needs of your company - need a performance for a special event? Need some inspirational team-building events? Contact Kathryn for more details. Sing! Choirs has toured abroad twice (2016 and 2018) touring to cities twinned with their locations, and collaborating with local choirs in each place - a true twinning and cultural exchange on both occasions.Fundraising is a key activity for the choirs and they have raised over £50,000 for local charities including Addenbrookes Hospital, All In Sound, East Anglian Air Ambulance and Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. Each choir has a real mix of members in both age and musical experience.Sing! Choirs sings songs from the shows, pop and rock music, and is led in a fun and friendly environment.Sing! Choirs are for adults, and each week over 200 people come along and sing.
