My role is also to ensure that the company culture and ethos, including being part of the B-Corp family, is reflected throughout the business and is developed and nurtured as the business grows.This was a first appointment HR role for the business and as such this standalone multi-site role covers all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, pay and benefits, wellbeing etc.Key Achievements- Support the recruitment and onboarding of significant new hires to support the growth agenda, including Operations Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager and Head of Technology.- Replacement of annual appraisal scheme with regular check in process covering engagement, wellbeing, recognition and development.- Development of internal peer to peer recognition scheme.- Act as mentor to Senior Leadership Team on people-related matters, including Diversity and Inclusion and providing advice on employee relations issues and strategic decisions involving people.- Designed and delivered development programme for newly created group of 1st line managers with intention to upskill them to manage their own people issues as the business expands.- Supported the B-Corp recertification process with all aspects relating to people- Analysis and delivery of feedback following Employee Engagement Survey
