    I specialise in acting for Commonwealth government clients, assisting them with their procurement, contracting, funding, intellectual property and general commercial issues. I also have a strong practice in information law, particularly in privacy and data security. The third area in which I practice is providing probity advice for Commonwealth government procurements. I enjoy working closely with Commonwealth government departments and agencies to ensure that all relevant legal risks are addressed, but in a way that also meets their business and political outcomes.I manage my busy practice on a part-time basis, spending the rest of my time raising my 4 children.

    I provide clients with the full range of legal services needed to ensure efficient and effective Commonwealth government procurement. These services include providing advice on: • Compliance with government procurement documentation and reporting policies. • Preparing and reviewing procurement documentation (including sole source documentation, requests for expressions of interest and requests for quotations or tenders). • Advising on evaluation and probity issues. • Contract drafting and negotiation. I also advise Commonwealth clients in relation to privacy issues, including data breach notification requirements, compliance with relevant financial framework legislation, such as the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (Cth). I also advise on funding and grant arrangements, ICT contract arrangements and policy implementation through contractual arrangements.
