Change of time for the Ballet Workout at Steps on Broadway! Please join me for a fun, challenging and comprehensive workout. The class is now offered on Monday at 10:00-11:00 and Friday at 10:00-11:00 am. The class description is below...I hope to see you there!The Ballet Workout is a total body workout. The Workout combines basic ballet exercises and conditioning movements to improve your posture, sculpt your muscles, increase flexibility, and strengthen your core. This 45 minute class uses stretching, lengthening and strengthening techniques to give you a strong, beautiful ballet body and it is set to inspiring classical music. Taught by Kate Stephan… For all levels and experience.
