    In this role, I've taken our publication source content from a custom XML to a DITA specialization. In doing this, I've also managed and maintained the DTD and the infrastructure and taxonomy of the data in our CCMS. This allowed a new paradigm in our publishing processes, which led to a completely new publishing platform. My role in this has been stakeholder/subject matter expert, leveraging my 16 years of experience at USP and my experience as IA to help build a better user experience for both internal and external customers.
