    As Project Manager at Loud Rabbits, it was my responsibility to meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. I co-ordinate all internal resources and freelance contractors. As well as ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. For the larger projects, I develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. A large part of the job is to track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals including meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisAs Art Director at Loud Rabbits, it is my responsibility to develop and maintain the creative vision for particular projects that accurately communicate to the particular viewer, or user. To accomplish this, I manage a team of 5 designers / developers. We work on a variety of creative projects such as website design and development, branding, marketing etc. I large part of this role is mentoring and developing junior staff members' working within their individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.

    I am incredibly passionate about mentoring and growing young creative talent. As a lecturer at ADA, I follow the teaching of experience learning. By engaging students in hands-on experiences and reflection, they are better able to connect theories and knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world situations.As the Head of the Graphics Department, I manage a team of 8 highly talented lecturers. A large part of this role is to monitor, lead, train, and manage the team. The other aspect of this role is to research and update the content of the course, ensuring that it remains relevant to the students.
