      What started as a 'fill in the evenings' role turned into a full time job as a Manager of a team of 10. Starting out as a Tupperware Demonstrator I recruited a number of others and was in turn promoted to Manager position within six months.The role was highly sales focused for both myself and motivating my team. In May 2014 we were awarded as the Number 1 new team over both Australia and New Zealand. I personally sold over $16k worth of Tupperware that week. Recruitment was also a large part of this role - sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding. In February 2014 I made the Asia Pacific incentive trip and was taken to Macau, Hong Kong and Bangkok. I was awarded the Tupperware Ford Territory in December 2013 and attended the 2014 Tupperware Manager's Conference in Darwin. I love the thrill of incentives, targets and achieving sales goals. I try to find new and innovative ways to meet targets. I'm definitely a people person and enjoy meeting new people. I had to show high levels of confidence going into strangers homes and presenting to their friends and family.
