    Led Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) of programs and communication strategies to amplify organizational impact. Built MEL processes that were integrated with the organization's project management to minimize friction for staff. COP28 delegate and coordinator of the organization's on-site and virtual communications strategies, intended to make the conference more accessible for youth in Canada. SB60 delegate: built partnerships, followed the just transition and global stocktake streams. Supported hiring processes as needed. Coordinated the of the Activate (You)th workshop program and strategized the amplification of the program. Fostered partnerships to be radically collaborative in getting more youth access to climate decision making spaces. Supported fundraising through grant writing applications. Worked with the Programs Manager to create projects grounded in community needs. Implemented engagement opportunities for Youth Climate Lab Associates and Alumni.

    Worked with the leadership team to research, define and execute funding and in-kind donations to expand the opportunities for the organization. Worked on grant applications and built a funding pipeline for the non-profit. Researched and developed a business strategy comprised of content and resource plans to support funding and the sustainability of the organization. Built the organization's CRM through Hubspot, over 3000 contacts. Worked to engage 20,000 students and employees across Algonquin College campuses in the Project In-Kind movement.

    Worked with a trans-Canada team to collect data about the cost of living for youth through surveys and secondary research. From the data assembled a comprehensive index of city attributes, with myself working specifically on the reports for Charlottetown, Fredericton and Halifax.
